Responsibilities include conducting account reconciliations, posting journal entries, researching variances, assisting with month-end and year-end close, supporting audits and budgeting, and handling ad hoc accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on General Ledger accounting experience.
Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Prepare and post journal entries
Research and analyze account variances
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Support annual audit preparation and requests
Assist with the annual budgeting process
Support various accounting projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
