Job summary

The Tews Company in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Senior Accountant to support billing, job costing, subcontract administration, and financial reporting across multiple business units.

You will prepare monthly billings, review project costs, manage subcontractor docs, assist with month-end close and tax filings, and collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate reporting. This role requires advanced Excel and ERP experience, preferably SAP, with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Experience in project/construction/job-cost accounting preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• SAP or ERP experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and occasional extended hours.
