Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Accounting & Finance Analyst in Hauppauge, NY. This role involves leading month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business performance.

The position requires 5–7 years of GL and financial reporting experience, strong GAAP/SOX/IFRS knowledge, and ERP proficiency, with on-site work at first and hybrid flexibility over time.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAGE.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Oversee invoicing, cash receipts, accounts payable, and banking activities.
• Coordinate audits, tax reporting, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
