Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our client’s growing team in California. The role focuses on owning the full accounting cycle, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, and ensuring GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
