Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• General ledger, reconciliations, and financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working within an ERP system.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support sales and use tax compliance and reporting.
• Assist with external audits and US GAAP compliance.
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and leadership teams on financial analysis and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
• Support special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
