Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing, product-based environment. This role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and adherence to GAAP across multi-site operations.

Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to drive timely, accurate results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or product-based environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Exposure to inventory or cost accounting strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.

• Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows.
