Job summary

MedOne Pharmacy Benefit Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team in a hybrid Dubuque, IA location. You will support month-end close, revenue processes, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional initiatives while driving process improvements and strong internal controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of four years of progressive accounting experience, with advanced Excel and solid analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the organization’s financial operations. The Senior Accountant will support key accounting functions, financial reporting, and revenue processes, compliance activities, and cross-functional financial initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the department.
