Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Addison Group has partnered with a private-equity-backed, hyper‑growth pre‑IPO company to hire a Senior Accountant.

We’re searching for a detail-focused accountant who can ensure accurate reporting, maintain effective controls, and support process improvements across the business—especially through automation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accurate, timely reporting
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
• Support budgeting and forecasting with cross‑functional partners
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls and ensure policy compliance
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with internal and external audits
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Prepare and analyze GAAP‑compliant financial statements
• Provide clear variance analysis and insights to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
