Job summary

Geneva Search Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team in the Chicago area. This role partners with leadership on GAAP-based reporting, process improvements, and support for audit activities.

You will prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, coordinate with external auditors, and help maintain accuracy across reporting deliverables. The position offers a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification or progress toward obtaining a CPA is strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting, financial reporting, audit, or corporate accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools.
