Job summary

Redi.Health is seeking a Senior Accountant to partner with the Controller and CFO to scale our accounting and finance function as a high-growth healthcare technology company. This is a hands-on hybrid role, owning core month-end processes and supporting forecasting and P&L reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, audit-ready financials, optimize ERP systems, and drive automation and process improvements as we scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong command of US GAAP, particularly revenue recognition (ASC 606).

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across revenue recognition, fixed assets, AR and AP.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules (fixed assets, prepaids, accruals).
• Support proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including deferred revenue schedules.
• Own daily cash management, including bank transaction matching, sources and uses tracking, and covenant monitoring.
• Assist the Controller with internal controls and accounting policies and participate in audits.
• Support income tax and sales tax compliance activities as needed.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting cycles, and variance analysis.
• Forecast and enhance program P&L reporting.
• Drive ERP optimization and automation initiatives to scale processes.

Job Summary:

Redi.Health is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the Controller and CFO in scaling our accounting and finance function as a high-growth healthcare technology company. This is a hands‑on hybrid role, split between owning core month‑end accounting processes and supporting forward‑looking finance work like forecasting and P&L reporting. You'll partner closely with the Controller, CFO, and cross‑functional teams to keep our financial reporting accurate, timely, and audit‑ready as we grow.

Essential Functions & Duties

Accounting & Close

• Lead the monthly close process end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP across revenue recognition, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules (fixed assets, prepaids, accruals)
• Support proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including deferred revenue schedules
• Own daily cash management, including bank transaction matching, sources and uses tracking, and covenant/compliance monitoring to ensure accurate real‑time cash visibility

Controls & Compliance

• Assist the Controller in implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies
• Assist with external audits and other regulatory compliance requirements, including documentation and PBC list management
• Support income tax and sales tax compliance activities as needed

Finance & Reporting

• Assist in forecasting and enhancing program P&L reporting
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, including budget-vs-actual variance analysis
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making

Systems & Process Improvement

• Support ERP system optimization and transition
• Apply AI-assisted tools to automate and streamline tasks
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to support scalability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience;
• Strong command of US GAAP, particularly revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Experience with ERP systems and process automation tools
