Location & Schedule

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (On-site)

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

Base pay range: $72,500.00/yr - $85,280.00/yr

On-site, non-exempt, 40 hours/week; $35.00 – $41.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Assist with Work-In-Progress (WIP) reporting and variance analysis
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure GAAP compliance
  • Support annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting
  • Reconcile AR/AP and maintain cash flow reporting
  • Maintain fixed asset schedules and support tax compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and mentor accounting staff
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Progressive accounting experience; construction industry experience preferred
  • ERP and system implementation experience strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sage 300, Power BI, and Timberscan
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
