Job summary

Proven Recruiting seeks a Senior Accountant to own core GL and technical accounting functions with exposure to executive leadership. You’ll handle month-end close, consolidations, and SEC reporting in a global tech environment, collaborating across units and ensuring timely, accurate financial results.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of accounting experience; Big4/public accounting background is highly preferred.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 3+ years of accounting experience, with public accounting experience strongly preferred (Big4 or Nat'l CPA firm with public clients).
• Strong background in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, consolidations, technical accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proactive communicator with a high level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive deadlines across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in large, complex accounting environments; audit experience is a plus.

• Manage key aspects of the monthly and quarterly close process, including preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support SEC reporting, filing activities, and corporate accounting deliverables.
• Own critical and complex accounting areas within the balance sheet.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
