Daley And Associates, LLC. is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the finance team in Boston with remote flexibility. You will support month-end close, financial reporting, and audit prep within a SaaS/tech environment. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 plus bonus.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with AP/AR and reconciliations. CPA preferred and New England, East Coast time location is ideal.

Senior Accountant | Boston | Remote

A growing financial technology software company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its expanding finance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounting, this individual will support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit preparation.

Compensation: $100,000-115,000 + bonus

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, credit card expenses, and employee reimbursements.
• Oversee accounts receivable collections, monitor aging, and resolve payment issues.
• Review sales tax returns and assist with annual audits and tax-related processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows through automation and AI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and support the company's continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable.
