CFS, in partnership with a technology company, seeks a Senior Accountant in Boston, MA for a hybrid role. You will own AP/AR, assist with month-end close, and support audits.

You will lead automation initiatives with Ramp, Rippling and AI tools, improve processes, and produce analyses for operational decisions; requires 5+ years in accounting and strong Excel/QuickBooks skills.

Competenze

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong AP/AR ownership.
• Experience with process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Experience with Ramp, Rippling, or AI-powered platforms.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.

Hours

8:30am-5:30pm

Work Arrangement

Hybrid (Boston, MA)

Compensation

$90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience

Job Functions

• Own the full AP and AR process, including invoice processing, billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Ramp, Rippling, and other automation tools to streamline accounting workflows.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Support month-end close, audit preparation, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare analyses and reports to support business and operational decision-making.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong AP/AR ownership.
• Proven track record of process improvements, automation initiatives, and system implementations.
• Experience with Ramp, Rippling, AI-powered platforms, or similar automation tools.
• QuickBooks proficiency and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
