Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a seasoned controller to lead the monthly close, oversee financial reporting, and mentor a growing accounting team in a multi-entity environment.

This role drives annual budgeting, cost allocation, and variance analysis, partnering with business leaders to improve processes, controls, and financial insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-company environments.
• Strong month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost allocation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
