CFS is seeking a Senior Accountant for a 100% onsite role in Bluffton, IN. You will work closely with the CFO, spanning accounting, cost control, payroll, and financial reporting in a growing manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates bring manufacturing accounting experience, a CPA/CMA mindset, and a proactive, cross-functional approach to month-end close and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll, cost accounting, inventory accounting, or month-end close processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Assist with cost accounting, inventory valuation, cycle counts, and variance analysis.
• Process accounts payable activities and support accounts receivable functions.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing, employee record updates, and payroll reporting.
• Support audit activities and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
