Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience including full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, month-end close, and financial statement prep.
• Ability to independently manage multiple accounting functions with minimal supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle accounting function including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Maintain and reconcile all balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee cash management activities including forecasting, bank reconciliations, and liquidity monitoring.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Prepare and file various tax returns, registrations, and regulatory reports as required.
• Develop and improve accounting processes, procedures, and controls for efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial partners.
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting support, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.

This position will be responsible for all the accounting tasks in the department. This person will need to have at least 10 years of accounting experience and be comfortable working independently. This role is a hybrid position.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting and financial reporting responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple accounting functions, prioritize competing deadlines, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
