We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role in the prosthetics startup, ensuring accurate and regulated daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and financial reports.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments for financial data accuracy.
Serve as the primary contact for customer billing and account inquiries.
Develop and enforce accounting policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Process customer transactions, including invoices, payments, and refunds, in SAP B1.
Prepare AR performance reports, custom dashboards, and financial analyses.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of work experience in an accounting role
Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
Experience working with SAP
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
