Job Title: Sr. Accountant

Manager: Controller

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience

Location: Corporate Office; Stafford, Texas

We are searching for a detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced Back-Office Team here at Radley Staffing. The Sr. Accountant will play a key role in the month-end closing and reporting processes, utilizing accounting and analytical skills daily. As part of our financial reporting team, this individual will be an integral part of our company’s plan for future growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

Lead financial close and related month/year end reporting for all locations and business units
Present accurate and timely financial statements including variance explanations
Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations
Update ERP master data tables and allocations as needed
Create, analyze and maintain internal management reporting
Support budget and forecasting process
Assist in audits and statutory compliance requirements
Enhance and document processes
Implement and maintain internal controls
Complete special projects as outlined by management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Masters or CPA preferred
Intermediate Excel skills are required (Pivot Tables, VLookup functions, etc.)
Detail oriented with ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
Adaptable with capacity to quickly learn new processes, applications and adjust to varying business needs
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team

Work Environment: Team focused office environment with professional-casual dress code (nice jeans); minimal overtime required as needed.
