Job summary

Reflective Resources Executive Search is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a Buckhead wealth management and family office. This hands-on role manages day-to-day accounting, reviews work, supports staff, and operates confidently in a high-touch client environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting.
• Demonstrated career stability and progression.
• Experience in a large ERP environment and ability to review staff work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Prepare and review financial statements and client reporting.
• Ensure accounting activity is accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant.
• Support treasury functions.
• Review the work of accounting staff and provide day-to-day guidance and oversight.
• Manage multiple priorities, entities, and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Support process improvements and strong internal controls.
• Communicate professionally with clients, leadership, and outside advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
