Job summary

Reflective Resources Executive Search is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a Buckhead wealth management and family office. This hands-on role manages day-to-day accounting, reviews work, supports staff, and operates confidently in a high-touch client environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited four-year college or university.
Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting.
Demonstrated career stability and progression.
Experience in a large ERP environment and ability to review staff work.

Responsibilities

Manage and review general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
Prepare and review financial statements and client reporting.
Ensure accounting activity is accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant.
Support treasury functions.
Review the work of accounting staff and provide day-to-day guidance and oversight.
Manage multiple priorities, entities, and deadlines.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reporting issues.
Support process improvements and strong internal controls.
Communicate professionally with clients, leadership, and outside advisors.
