Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations for multiple divisions including imaging practices, insurance, and real estate.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting by consolidating data from external sources.
• Conduct financial analysis to verify accuracy and report variances to the budget.
• Oversee the month-end close process, especially during the first two weeks of each month.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel functions for financial management.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in accounting, including month-end processes, journal entry, general ledger, billing, and billing analytics.
• Experience in full cycle accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially PeopleSoft.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and reporting skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
• Exceptional analytical skills, particularly in billing and financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position with initial in-person onboarding for health system training and setup (first 2 days). Flexible location, with a preference for candidates in Maryland due to new payroll system requirements. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
