  • Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
  • Additional Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 + Bonus

About The Role

This newly created Senior Accountant position offers high visibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact across the organization. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and the Controller, owning critical financial processes and helping to modernize and improve accounting operations. This role provides a unique blend of accounting and financial analysis responsibilities within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead key aspects of the month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and review financial statement schedules, including lease valuations and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and process improvements.
  • Support financial reporting to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to provide financial insights and business support.
  • Assist with annual audit activities and coordinate directly with external auditors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience, with public accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare or private equity-backed company experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team with broad responsibilities.
