Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience, including cost accounting and inventory.
• Hands-on experience processing and managing payroll.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookup.
• Experience working within an ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Paylocity experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for an experienced accountant who enjoys owning their work, digging into the numbers, and being part of a hands-on finance team. The Senior Accountant will have exposure across the business, with responsibility for financial reporting, month-end close, processing payroll, cost accounting, inventory, and process improvement.
