Job summary

OdoBan | Clean Control Corporation in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Senior Accountant to support monthly close, GL integrity, and financial analysis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with the Accounting Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, analyze variances, and contribute to process improvements. This role emphasizes hands-on accounting and continuous improvement in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience and education.
  • Three (3) years’ experience as a Staff Accountant in financial statement preparation, budgeting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
  • Understanding of spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Accounting principles, including U.S. GAAP.
  • Ability to analyze financial data.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Excellent reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel to attend training and meetings as needed.
  • Projects a professional image in all aspects of work performance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations, including accruals and reclassifications, and maintain supporting documentation
  • Assist with the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and analyze balance sheet and P&L variance explanations
  • Calculate and prepare monthly commission earnings
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable postings
  • Process check disbursements
  • Perform payroll coding and related journal entries
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as assigned
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and documentation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to support the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in month-end close, general ledger integrity, and financial analysis, working closely with the Accounting Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure the company’s financial position is clearly and reliably reflected.
