This position involves being the primary day-to-day contact for larger clients and internal teams supporting direct marketing programs. Responsibilities include managing and implementing client programs, ensuring timely and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage larger accounts and client communications
  • Supervise project and creative briefs
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Analytics to set strategic vision
  • Generate SOWs, estimates, invoices, and coordinate payments
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Participate in marketing planning
  • Ensure service levels align with strategic goals
  • Report results and proposals to clients
  • Manage team efforts and improve program efficiency
  • Oversee data processing and campaign requirements
  • Lead team development and recruitment
  • Guide creative development and client presentations
  • Provide technical leadership and direction
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of creative processes, project management, and direct marketing
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and workflow management skills
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and solve complex problems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional Information

Salary Range: $81,000 - $135,000, dependent on skills and experience.
