Lockton Midwest seeks an Associate Account Manager (AAM) to join the Risk Solutions Practice. This accelerated training program is designed for self-motivated individuals who seek growth in insurance, with competitive starting pay, classroom learning, and one-on-one coaching.

As an AAM, you will work with the account team to meet risk management needs, deliver excellent client service, and grow professionally within Lockton's caring, diverse culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.3 GPA or comparable years of corporate experience.
• Lifelong learner who is excited by a challenge and looking for consistent personal and professional growth.
• Ability to self-motivate and work with varying degrees of autonomy or oversight.

Responsibilities

• Successfully completes Lockton Coverage Training Program.
• Delivers transactional excellence and provides outstanding customer service in support of the broader account team.
• Assists with daily client servicing encompassing strong client and carrier communication.
• Partners with account teams during the client service cycle and proactively completes all designated tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborates with various Lockton teams to achieve well-executed results.
• Upholds standards of excellence in line with Lockton’s operating procedures by adhering to standardized policies, processes, and systems.
