Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop long-term account plans and establish relationships with key accounts.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate multi-level relationships to support growth and address challenges.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate on business planning, demand forecasting, and sales strategies.
- Market and Product Development: Analyze market trends and work with customers to create innovative solutions.
- Contract Negotiations and Financial Management: Manage proposals, contracts, and sales budgets.
- Reporting and Communication: Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in food and beverage industry.
- Proven success in managing complex accounts and delivering results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
