Reporting Line

This position reports to: Regional Sales Director - Service West

Role and Responsibilities

The Territory Account Manager - Motion Service Pacific Northwest will be responsible for planning and executing MOSE (Motion Business - Motion Service) Drives Service sales strategies within their assigned U.S. territory. Primary responsibilities include implementing service sales plans and driving sales growth to meet service sales goals for the Drives Equipment Service team.

This role is based in the Pacific Northwest, with preferred locations in California, Oregon, or Washington. The work model is: #LI - Remote.

You will contribute to the Motion Service division in the North West US region, engaging with internal teams and external customers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate across functions, including sales, marketing, and channel partners, to expand the service market for ABB Drives Service Division and identify new service sales opportunities in the territory.
  2. Work with existing customers to provide optimal service solutions related to VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Service.
  3. Achieve sales and profitability targets in current markets while expanding into new markets to meet growth and profit objectives.
  4. Monitor progress against strategic and operational goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience, OR Associate's Degree with 10 years, OR High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% within California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
  • Experience in B2B sales, selling technical products or solutions to complex accounts. Experience in Industrial Automation and Drives preferred.
  • Knowledge of VFDs, electric motors, generators, and related service applications is highly preferred.
  • Must have legal work authorization for the US.
