Mimecast is seeking an Account Manager, Senior Commercial to own a portfolio of Upper Mid-Market customers and drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell. The role blends commercial instincts with technical knowledge to engage IT buyers and buying committees.

Based in Lexington, MA (hybrid) or Colorado (remote) with a data-driven approach to pipeline, you will partner with Customer Success and Support to meet quotas and grow existing accounts. Strong Salesforce CRM experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Upper Mid-Market accounts (1,500–5,000 employees).
• Track record of upsell and retention quotas.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
