Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in client services, operations management, and hospitality in legal services or banking.
• Experience leading a team of around 5-10 staff.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and P&L.
• Proven ability to present data and insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for senior client stakeholders across locations.
• Build and maintain client relationships with proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with operational metrics and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, service enhancements, and innovation.
• Oversee Miami, Boca Raton, and Atlanta service teams to ensure standards.
