Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of leadership in client services or operations.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and service delivery.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for key stakeholders across multiple sites.
• Lead on-site operations in Miami, Boca Raton, and Atlanta ensuring service excellence.
• Oversee budget, forecasting, and profitability while managing P&L.
• Coach and develop a team of 5–10 employees across locations.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
