Job summary

Socially Powerful is a global social media marketing agency delivering bespoke campaigns for brands across beauty, fashion, FMCG and tech. We are expanding our Accounts team in the US and seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client campaigns end-to-end and act as a trusted contact across internal teams.

You will manage full lifecycle of influencer and social campaigns, mentor junior staff, and help upsell opportunities while delivering high-quality results for a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency or in-brand experience managing high-profile accounts.
• Experience in beauty industry desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in fast-paced environments.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Proven track record of upselling to clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client briefs and coordinate teams to develop campaigns based on insights.
• Write compelling proposals and support pitches with strategic thinking and recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships and translate objectives into clear briefs for strategy, creative and influencer selection.
• Lead strategic and creative discussions, challenging briefs and developing effective social solutions.
• Manage multiple influencer campaigns across sizeable accounts, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Own the full project lifecycle, including timelines, budgets, documentation and KPI delivery.
• Oversee campaign teams and content production, identifying issues and providing solutions.
• Act as trusted client contact, managing expectations around scope, timelines, budgets and delivery.
