Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relations, oversee budgets, and mentor crews across commercial sites. In this field-based role, you’ll travel to jobs, coordinate with irrigation and safety teams, and strive to exceed client expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred.
• Five to seven years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm.
• Advanced plant knowledge; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop maintenance and snow crews to work efficiently and safely.
• Use the latest industry technology to manage your team, schedule crews, and track hours.
• Serve as the main point of contact for high-end clients and larger portfolios.
• Design and propose enhancements to existing landscapes.
• Assist the sales team with winning new work and contract negotiations.
