Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to grow sales, profits, and client relationships across the EMCOR Service portfolio. You will lead efforts to present, price, and deliver energy solutions, maintenance, and service packages to clients.

The role requires deep HVAC/building automation sales expertise, strong financial acumen, and ability to manage proposals and pricing with cross-functional teams. Onsite work in California with travel expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in HVAC commercial service and/or building automation.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen, incl. cost modeling for sales proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales presentations and prospect for new accounts.
• Maintain client pricing and payments, A/R management, and client correspondence.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, including financial and technical sections.
• Develop sales at defined margin levels to attain market share.
