Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking an Account Manager in the United States with deep group insurance knowledge. You will independently manage client deliverables, analyze data, and recommend strategies in collaboration with Account Executives and Senior Account Managers.

Responsibilities include RFP/RFI preparation, plan design reviews, and client inquiries, while maintaining project plans and documentation. Strong communication and vendor coordination are essential in a virtual, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in group insurance.
• Licensure in Life, Accident & Health or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFPs/RFIs, coordinate carrier proposals and summarize execs.
• Maintain plan designs, rates and documentation in client database.
• Review contracts, benchmark plans, and participate in client audits.
• Identify issues, coordinate resources, and deliver client solutions.
• Build strong relationships with executives, managers, clients, and carriers.
• Attend client meetings and provide insurance plan expertise and guidance.
