Derse in Dallas area is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support the Account Executive and oversee day-to-day tactical execution for assigned clients, with a focus on face-to-face marketing programs.

This role requires managing a $1.5M+ yearly account, coordinating proposals, change orders, and production meetings, and travel as needed. Pharma and healthcare client exposure is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of strong account management experience.
• 3–5 years working with pharmaceutical organizations and product launches, or healthcare related accounts.
• Tradeshow / Event industry experience preferred.
• Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to travel as needed for client obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide necessary sales support for assigned clients while maintaining good client relations.
• Take responsibility of managing one account with regular yearly sales of $1,500,000 or greater.
• Provide day-to-day support to Account Executive in developing new business within current client programs.
• Prepare job order documents and associated correspondence for all assigned accounts.
• Review all change order items to ensure costs are accounted for and fit project budgets and timelines.
• Assist in preparation of proposals from cost estimates for construction projects or services requested.
• Research & gather information related to delinquent account issues.
• Utilize strong customer service & conflict resolution skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Attend production meetings between sales staff & shop supervision.
