Job summary

Alter Domus in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Credit & Structured Products team. The role focuses on portfolio administration, cash reconciliations, client reporting, and timely trade processing.

You will lead, train, and develop staff, manage client deliverables, and coordinate with Trustees to ensure service excellence and compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
• 6+ years of professional experience in finance or a related field.
• Knowledge of loan operations, mortgage lending, or loan securitization with customer service exposure.
• Experience with CLO compliance and Waterfall modeling is desirable.
• Experience in direct management and training of team members is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the portfolio administration team.
• Ensure cash reconciliation is sent to the client.
• Review and approve daily reporting.
• Ensure input and review occur and trades are input in a timely fashion.
• Assist with new client onboarding.
• Coordinate with client on daily deliverables and ensure team is aware of expectations.
• Train and develop C&SP staff.
• Own process improvements and final delivery of solutions.
• Manage the invoice process from request to client delivery.
• Meet timeframes and deliverables with Client and Trustee.
• Prioritize, complete, and delegate tasks with high attention to detail and customer service.
