Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a senior automotive sales and account management leader in the United States. You will manage and grow sales with top Automotive Tier1 partners, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic account planning, promotions, and tailored financing/service packages.

The role requires 8+ years in automotive sales, strong product knowledge, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years in automotive sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle models, financing, and industry practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, financing, and after-sales services.
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand revenue from existing and new clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate, fleet, dealer, and key retail accounts.
  • Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, volume agreements, and delivery terms with clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, service, and inventory teams to ensure smooth delivery and handover.
  • Update CRM system with client information, interactions, and sales pipeline.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market conditions.
  • Follow up with clients after delivery to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Responsible for managing and growing sales of top Automotive Tier1 in GC. Builds long-term client relationships, meets sales targets, negotiates contracts, and ensures high customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, financing, and after-sales services.
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand revenue from existing and new clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Client & Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate, fleet, dealer, and key retail accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable vehicle models, financing, and service packages.
  • Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development
  • Prospect and acquire new corporate and fleet accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions, events, and campaigns for target accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, volume agreements, and delivery terms with clients.
  • Operations & Administration
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Update CRM system with client information, interactions, and sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, service, and inventory teams to ensure smooth delivery and handover.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market conditions.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales process.
  • Follow up with clients after delivery to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain brand standards and professional service quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive sales, account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, financing, and industry practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier1s.
  • Understanding of electric vehicles (EVs), EE arthitecture and sustainable mobility solutions.
