Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across scientific communications and publication projects. You will manage projects from kickoff through completion, serving as the day-to-day connection between clients and internal creative, editorial, and scientific teams.

This fully remote role (no CA candidates) requires 3+ years of account or project management experience in medical communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account or project management experience in medical/healthcare communications.
• Experience managing scientific publications, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, or congress deliverables.
• Pharma/biotech client experience and familiarity with industry guidelines.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage scientific publication projects including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide presentations, and congress deliverables.
• Lead client calls and publication work group meetings.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, invoicing, and end-of-project reconciliation.
• Partner with medical writers, editors, designers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate proactively around timelines, scope changes, and potential roadblocks.
• Ensure projects follow GPP 2022, ICMJE, journal, and congress guidelines.
• Manage freelance and external resources as needed.
