Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive sales of our client - a cutting-edge software product-based company. The ideal candidate will excel in developing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance client business processes and technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for technology solutions including SaaS and enterprise software.
  2. Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
  4. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to a diverse range of clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

  10. Continuously update knowledge of the latest trends in technology sales to provide insights and innovative solutions.

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the latest trends in technology sales, including SaaS and enterprise solutions.

Experience Level:

Minimum 4 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com, and understanding of sales process management.
  2. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting technology solutions.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a capacity to create and deliver comprehensive business strategies.
  5. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  6. Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
  7. Ethical and transparent in dealings with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), Certified Sales Executive (CSE)) are advantageous.
