About the role:
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing clients in our large market (5000+ lives) book of business. This role's focus is relationship management, understanding client needs, and day-to-day client management. As the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and brokers, the Senior Account Manager has the ultimate goal of ensuring the overall success and retention of clients within this market segment. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the Strategic Accounts team and cross-functional areas to drive Garner's mission forward. This role will report to the Director of Account Management (Jumbo Market).
This position is remote with up to 15% travel.
