Job summary

Clark's White Glove Delivery in Kansas City is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own day-to-day client relationships for one of our premier retail clients. You will keep the delivery operation running smoothly and mentor the account team.

This on-site role offers hourly pay of $23–$25 based on experience, a Monday–Friday schedule, and the chance to drive performance and customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, dispatch, or logistics.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Excel, Google, and general computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in furniture, home delivery, or last-mile logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact between customers, the premier client, and delivery teams.
• Schedule and confirm customer furniture deliveries and handle inbound calls and escalations.
• Resolve delivery issues, damages, and customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Run daily call reports and track delivery metrics such as on-time performance and satisfaction.
• Share performance updates with client contacts and local operations leadership.
• Train and support Account Managers and help improve our processes.

Clark's White Glove Delivery is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to support one of our premier retail clients in the Kansas City market. In this role you'll own the day-to-day client relationship, keep our delivery operation running smoothly, and help guide our account team.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact between our customers, our premier client, and our delivery teams
• Schedule and confirm customer furniture deliveries and handle inbound calls and escalations
• Resolve delivery issues, damages, and customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Run daily call reports and track delivery metrics such as on-time performance, damages, and customer satisfaction using Excel and other programs
• Share performance updates with client contacts and local operations leadership
• Train and support Account Managers and help improve our processes

What We're Looking For

• 3 - 5 years of experience in account management, customer service, dispatch, or logistics
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Excel, Google, and all-around computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-first attitude and a knack for solving problems
• Experience in furniture, home delivery, or last-mile logistics is a plus
