Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance appraisal.
• Ability to convey complex information and set performance expectations.
• Leadership to motivate teams toward operational goals.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff; oversee training, evaluations and hiring.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sr. sales to define complex project requirements.
• Assemble resources and develop operational plans for projects.
• Manage sales relationships with large/high-profile clients.
• Review reports to meet service levels.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues; act as SME for systems.
• Guide scope of work and ensure delivery against obligations.
• Share knowledge across departments to meet objectives.
• Model CBRE RISE values and lead by example.
