Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) in Memphis, TN is seeking a Manager of Account Management to lead a team and grow key client relationships across vinyl, music, and game accounts. You will ensure smooth production workflows, timely communication, and exceptional service from production through distribution.

You will bridge clients with internal operations—production, scheduling, pricing, and quality assurance—while driving account growth and overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, operations, or supply chain services
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• High proficiency in MS Office 365
• Manufacturing and/or supply chain experience
• Customer-first mindset with ability to juggle multiple client contacts and tight deadlines
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills with multiple internal/external groups
• Strong attention to detail and contract interpretation capabilities
• Experience leading customer-facing business reviews and KPI management
• Experience managing escalations and service recovery plans
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers to deliver client service
• Serve as escalation point for key accounts and resolve complex issues
• Monitor production timelines and provide daily status reports to clients
• Set account strategies and monitor KPI performance with reporting
• Oversee order flow from placement to distribution center for accuracy
• Monitor bills of materials, orders, and customer assets
• Coordinate with production and scheduling to align demand with capacity
• Conduct periodic business reviews with clients
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare regular reporting on account health and revenue growth
• Interpret and maintain customer contracts and SLAs
• Coordinate quotations with Pricing and Contracts Administration
• Provide customer forecast information and reports
• Educate customers on manufacturing options and packaging/print
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
• Stay current with record industry trends and client expectations
• Build knowledge base of each client’s business and objectives
• Cultivate long-term relationships with artists, labels, and distributors
• Document issues, propose resolutions, and implement change plans
• Coach and develop employees, handle recruitment and performance management
