Qualifications include a marketing/brand management degree (MBA preferred) and 3–5 years in agency leadership with strong communication and selling skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Brand Management or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years leading agency/brand management or media production teams.
• 6+ years in consumer product, brand management or agency experience preferred.
• Superior task management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive presentation and strategic selling abilities.

• Develop and own key client influencer relationships with client teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Supervise and manage program execution, budgets, tracking, and post-promotional reporting.
• Partner with Planning to derive category insights, inform strategy and recommendations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure deliverables meet strategy and client expectations.
• Provide leadership to agency teams to deliver on program objectives and success.
