As a Senior Account Manager, you will own key client relationships, drive end-to-end project execution, and manage a team to deliver world-class results in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of agency experience in account management, client servicing and project leadership.
• Currently operating as a Senior Manager, GAM, Account Director or equivalent.
• Proven experience coaching, delegating and holding people accountable.
• Strong track record managing client relationships end-to-end at senior level.
• Strong domain experience across design, video, and content/creative services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the business to clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own strong client relationships through timely communication, responsiveness and attention to detail while leading calls and ensuring project delivery.
• Independently manage ongoing client accounts and projects with strong execution across teams.
• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers/Executives, review work and coach on client handling.
• Coordinate talent for project needs, assess quality, fit, availability, timelines, and budget.
• Lead proposals, scopes, pricing and project solutions for client requirements.
• Track project progress, maintain account updates and keep documentation organized.
