Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Senior Account Executive – SLED to lead our AMER Public Sector sales, targeting State, Local, and Higher Education customers with complex, multi-year deals.

You will drive end-to-end enterprise sales, collaborate with channel partners and MSSPs, and manage public procurement processes to expand Horizon3.ai's autonomous security validation footprint across mission-critical public infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing six- to seven-figure enterprise software deals.
• 5+ years direct enterprise sales closing in large SLED accounts.
• Knowledge of public sector buying and procurement processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across high-value SLED accounts in AMER.
• Create new logo momentum and multi-year contract value via direct outreach and channels.
• Navigate high-value RFP/RFI responses and state cooperative purchasing vehicles.
• Develop territory plans with regional partners and MSSPs.
• Assess customer risk landscapes with Sales Engineers during evaluations.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, procurement leaders.
