Job summary

Flowcode, a leading offline-to-online conversion platform, seeks an Account Executive, Retail & CP{G} to drive programs with major retailers and consumer brands from its NYC office. You will present pre-built Flowcode experiences, tailor ROI cases, and close six-figure deals within loyalty, app adoption, and retail media contexts.

You will partner with print and agency networks to embed Flowcode in circulars, direct mail, and GS1-ready packaging, while expanding relationships across buyer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales into retailers or consumer brands.
• Relationships inside marketing, loyalty, retail media, or store experience groups of national/regional retailers.
• Fluency in how retailers make money: retail media, funding, loyalty calendars, and store operations.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota on six-figure deals with multi-stakeholder committees.
• Familiarity with connected packaging or GS1 2D barcode standards is a plus.
• Creative, idea-first selling style with live demos and on-the-spot tailoring.
• AI-native working style with proactive research and pipeline insight.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling to translate tech into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a named list of retailers and brands, driving new revenue and expansion.
• Break into Tier 1 accounts through outbound prospecting and events.
• Sell retail programs with pre-built Flowcode experiences and ROI cases.
• Build relationships across the retail buying committee and store operations.
• Lead core use cases: loyalty and app adoption, personalized direct mail, and GS1 readiness.
• Collaborate with print partners and agencies to embed Flowcode in campaigns.
• Scope programs with Flowcode teams and connect to CDP/CRM for measurable results.
• Drive land-and-expand motions from pilots to enterprise deployments across fleets.
• Represent Flowcode at industry events and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Share insights and winning use cases to elevate Go-To-Market efforts.
