Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms across the United States. The role focuses on generating leads, expanding the customer base and delivering outcomes aligned with company growth.

You will leverage a strong sales background, negotiate contracts, present proposals and train clients on product offerings, while maintaining meticulous records and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads to maximum profitability and growth of the sales territory in line with company vision.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business organically.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain promotional materials.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and recommend actions to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and negotiate with clients.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
• OTE $200,000 +++
